How it works
- Write the questions. Choose one, choose many, yes/no or a short answer. Mark the right answer, and add a picture or diagram if it helps.
- Show the code. Project it or print the poster. The poster also has a short link to type on a laptop or tablet.
- Students answer. At their own pace, one try per device. When they finish, they see their score and which answers they got right.
- Check understanding. See how the class did on each question, every student’s score, and a CSV for your gradebook.

Fair by design
- One try per device, so nobody retakes it for a better score.
- The right answers stay hidden until you close the quiz, so they can’t be passed around.
- Short answers match loosely: capitals, accents and punctuation don’t matter.
- Names are optional, and you can remove a rude one from the leaderboard.
- No student accounts or emails, and everything is deleted 90 days after the quiz closes.
Frequently asked questions
Do students need accounts or an app?
No. They scan the QR code, or type the short link, and answer in the browser on a phone, tablet or laptop.
How do I know who scored what?
Turn on the leaderboard, and students type a name before they start. Keep results “Only to me”: you see every name and score, and each student sees only their own.
Do students see the right answers?
When they finish, they see their score and which questions they got right. The correct answers themselves appear when you close the quiz.
Can I set a time limit?
Set the quiz to close at a time, like the end of the period, or close it yourself. For one question at a time on a clock, run it live on the big screen instead.
Can I reuse it with every class period?
Yes. Make a copy for each period, so each has its own QR code and results, or start over to clear the answers and keep the same code.
What if I marked the wrong answer?
Fix it on your dashboard, even after students have answered. Every score updates.
The whole class is on the school Wi-Fi. Is that a problem?
Raise the limit on phones per Wi-Fi when you create the quiz, or later in Settings, so every student can answer.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. It’s free, with no ads.
