Frequently asked questions
Can I ask “how likely are you to recommend us”?
Yes. A 0–10 rating question shows the average and how many people chose each score.
Is the feedback anonymous?

Can I download the responses?
Yes, as a CSV with one row per response and one column per question.
Do people need an app?
No. The phone camera opens the form in the browser.
Can I use it for more than one session?
