How it works

  1. Make the wall. Name it for the person or the day. Messages wait for your approval unless you turn that off.
  2. Share the code. Print the poster for the tables, or put the big screen up at the party.
  3. People leave messages. Up to 280 characters, with their name if they like.
  4. Keep them. The keepsake page lays out every message to print or save as a PDF.

Fair by design

  • Messages wait for your approval by default, so nothing goes on the big screen you haven’t seen.
  • Each phone can leave 5 messages, with per-network limits on top.
  • Anyone can report a message, and you can hide one at any time.
  • Nobody, you included, can see who wrote a message unless they sign it.

Frequently asked questions

Do guests need an app or an account?

No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and write in the browser. You get a private organizer link.

Does the big screen show every message?

It shows approved messages one at a time, newest first, with the latest few under it, and a new message jumps the queue.

Can I keep the messages?

Yes. The keepsake page lays them all out to print or save as a PDF, and you can download them as a CSV.

Can people upvote messages?

No. A wall has no voting: every message gets its turn.

Can a message be removed?

You can hide any message, and the person who wrote it can delete it. Organizers never edit what people wrote.

Can I add photos?

Not yet: messages are text.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. It’s free, with no ads.

What happens afterwards?

The wall is deleted automatically 90 days after it closes, so print or save the keepsake before then.
